Special order/custom-made items may not be returned unless damaged upon receipt. Tech services are excluded from this return policy and are subject to the terms and conditions for each service.

If you purchased in store or online, just bring your item(s) to a checkout counter in the store for your refund or exchange within the required time frame. No receipt? No problem! How and when will I be refunded?

Items returned in our stores will have faster refund processing times.

Items returned with an Original register receipt, eReceipt, packing slip, or order confirmation will follow these guidelines:

• If you paid with cash or a check written more than 10 days ago you will be refunded in cash.

• If you paid with a check written less than 10 days ago or with a Bethel Gift Card you will be refunded with a Bethel Return Card which you will receive within 3-4 weeks.

• If you paid with a debit card, you will be refunded based on your bank's processing time.

• If you paid with a credit card, you will be refunded based on your card company's processing time.

• If you paid with a Bethel rewards certificate you will be refunded by check within 3-4 weeks.

What items can be returned/exchanged without a receipt?

All returns without an Original Receipt require valid government identification. Technology products without Original Receipt are not eligible for return.

Software, CDs, DVDs, and Video Games

Without an Original Receipt, these items are eligible for an exact-item exchange only.

All other

All other returns without an Original Receipt for items that are active in our computer system will be refunded in the form of a Bethel Return Card in an amount equal to the lowest retail price during the preceding 90 days. Bethel reserves the right to request identification or deny any exchange or return.

What if I placed my order online and picked it up in store?

You may return or exchange your item in store. Please follow the instructions above.

What if my item(s) was from a manufacturer direct supplier?

Catalog and Website purchases may be returned/exchanged in accordance with our return policy in the store or by going to your order history and selecting the item to return or exchange by mail.

Welcome to the Bethel Superstore Internet site (referred to collectively with all other websites and mobile text programs operated by Bethel Superstore, LLC and/or one of its affiliates or subsidiaries as the "Site"). Please review these Site terms of use (“Terms of Use”) as they govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BINDING ARBITRATION. Bethel Superstore controls and operates this Site from its offices within the Bahamas. Claims relating to, including the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas without regard for its conflicts of law provisions.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. In the event of any controversy or dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use, the parties to such controversy or dispute shall meet and seek resolution in good faith. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use or the breach thereof, which is not resolved within thirty (30) days or such longer period as may be mutually agreed upon between the parties, will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set forth below.

Arbitration Procedure. Any such binding arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with The Arbitration Acts of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. One arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Acts of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Fees and Costs. Each party to any binding arbitration under this provision shall bear its own costs, fees, and expenses of arbitration. However, Bethel Superstore shall pay all filing and administration fees charged by the arbitrator up to $1,000. If the arbitrator issues an award in Bethel Superstore’s favor, you will not be required to reimburse Bethel Superstore for these filing and administration fees.

Award. The arbitrator’s decision and award shall be in writing, and counterpart copies thereof shall be delivered to each of the parties simultaneously. In rendering such decision and award, the arbitrator shall not add to, subtract from or otherwise modify the provisions of this agreement or any agreement entered into pursuant hereto. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will you be permitted to seek recovery for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and statutory damages, and waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

LIMITATION OF OTHER PROCEEDINGS AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Each party agrees that it will not file (nor will it cause any other person or entity to file) any suit, motion, petition, or otherwise commence any legal action or proceeding which may be submitted to arbitration pursuant to this Agreement. Upon the entry of an order dismissing or staying any such action or proceeding in a court, the party which filed such action or proceeding shall promptly pay to the other party the attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred by such other party prior to the entry of such order. Moreover, BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PROVISION, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY ACTION AGAINST BETHEL SUPERSTORE REGARDING ANY CLASS CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST BETHEL SUPERSTORE, INCLUDING ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ARBITRATION OR ANY CONSOLIDATION OF INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATIONS.

Bethel Superstore and you agree that the Supreme Court in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas, as applicable, will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claims or disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use that are not subject to binding arbitration as set forth herein. You expressly submit and consent in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or suit commenced in such court, and you hereby waive any objection that you may have based upon lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue or forum non conveniens. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. If you choose to access this Site from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

BETHEL SUPERSTORE MARKETPLACE

Bethel Superstore operates an online marketplace program on the Site, which enables Marketplace Retailers to sell their products alongside Bethel Superstore products and, once an order is placed, to ship such Marketplace Retailers’ products directly to the customer (the “Bethel Superstore Marketplace”). Any use of the Bethel Superstore Marketplace is subject to the following additional terms:

• “Marketplace Retailer” means any third-party entity or retailer that sells goods or services in the Bethel Superstore Marketplace through the Site.

• By purchasing a product from any of our Marketplace Retailers, you acknowledge that all Bethel Superstore Marketplace orders will be fulfilled by the third-party Marketplace Retailer and not Bethel Superstore. The Marketplace Retailer (and not Bethel Superstore) will be responsible for all processing, shipping, returns, and customer service related to your Bethel Superstore Marketplace order. Products purchased from a Marketplace Retailer are not subject to the Bethel Superstore return policy and can only be returned to that Marketplace Retailer in accordance with its own return policy.
